Creating Value and Solving Problems

God gives wisdom and skill so believers can solve real problems and make His goodness visible.

Scripture Foundations

Matthew 5:16 - "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."
Genesis 41:39 - "Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art."

Bible Tour: Deuteronomy 10-12

Devotional Teaching

God joined wholehearted devotion to practical justice. Israel was to fear and love Him, care for strangers, defend vulnerable people and worship according to His order. Kingdom problem-solvers do not separate spiritual passion from human need. Under the Holy Spirit's guidance, they convert truth into trustworthy practices, direct resources toward real burdens and create environments in which people can encounter both dignity and God.

Deeper Insight

Deuteronomy 10-12 connects devotion to God with justice, generosity and ordered worship. Kingdom value is created when spiritual truth becomes a community people can trust. Believers solve problems well by building practices that protect dignity, direct resources and reflect God's heart.

Biblical Examples

  • Israel as a Just Community (Deuteronomy 10-12): Love for God was expressed through ordered worship and practical care for strangers, orphans and widows.
  • Joseph (Genesis 41:33-57): He designed and administered a food-security system before famine intensified.
  • Dorcas (Acts 9:36-42): Her skill and generosity produced tangible care that made her life deeply valuable to the community.

Prayer Focus

  1. Father, open my eyes to problems I am equipped or called to solve.
  2. Holy Spirit, give me creativity, technical skill, empathy and excellence.
  3. Deliver me from complaint without contribution and ideas without execution.
  4. Make KDC members valuable solution-bearers in homes, workplaces, businesses and the city.

Choose one real problem, understand it from the affected person's perspective and design the smallest useful solution.
